Sol-Lux Customer Success Representative – Broomfield:

Customer Success Representative job duties include, but are not limited to:

Providing technical support for all of our product lines

Providing warranty processing to customers

Build proficiency in Sol-Lux products

Resolving challenges encountered with orders

Coordinating liaison between Sol-Lux customers and dealers for order placement

 

Qualified Customer Service candidates will possess the following qualifications/skills:

Previous Customer Service experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent people skills, must be a self-starter, professional, driven, motivated, high-energy, individual

Energetic and positive approach to their daily work

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Patience, perseverance, and ability to prioritize

Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others

Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Applications

Verifiable work experience

Willingness to learn and accept coaching
