Sol-Lux National Sales Representative:

The Sol-Lux National Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of the Sol-Lux Authorized Dealer Network through the development of relationships/partnerships with residential shade retailers, installers and contractors, within the building and solar energy markets.  These partners will be capable of competitively selling and installing Sol-Lux products. In addition to bringing these new partners on board, you will in-part be responsible for training these new partners on the Sol-Lux products and ensuring the parters are productive in their sales efforts.

Outside of the channel, this position will be responsible for consumer direct sales by fielding inbound calls, emails, and chats with inquiries about our products.

Research and develop a pipeline of dealer/channel leads in the shade, construction, architecture, and solar industries through both outbound and inbound techniques, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and field marketing tactics.

Effectively onboard new customers through the product training cycle.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Must accurately report sales pipeline and assist in the development of monthly sales forecasts in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing. Reporting to include activity management on a weekly basis through the use of CRM.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, including marketing and customer service. Be a strong team player to all members of the Sol-Lux team.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in all relevant industries

Continuously improve through feedback


Minimum Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical knowledge and experience.

The preferred candidate will have 3-5 years of successful sales experience in both direct and indirect selling environments. We are however willing to train the right candidate.

Excellent people skills, must be a self-starter, professional, driven, motivated, high-energy, individual

Ability to adapt, adjust, think on your feet and challenge the “status quo”

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong Computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite, and CRM.




This is not a remote position and you will be required to come to the office each day in Broomfield, CO

Up to 25% domestic travel is required in this position.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing a plus

Experience with any of the above-listed industries. (Residential shade, building, solar installation)



This sales position will have a base plus an uncapped commission structure plus a generous benefits package.
